We want you to love your Sad Nuggie gear, but if you're not feeling the vibe, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
